If you'd like to land high-ticket clients on demand* for your agency, this will be one of the most controversial pages you'll ever read.

Here's why...
I know from experience that many agencies rely on only one way to get clients, and this is referrals.
I'm also running an agency, and I know that referrals are not the best way to run and scale a sustainable agency or service business.
What happens when your referrals dry out?
And even that's not even the biggest issue.
The biggest problem occurs when a few of your high-paying clients leave.
I know 60-80% of your revenue comes from a handful of high-paying clients.
Imagine what will happen if a few high-paying clients leave...
It happened to me a few years ago.
I had a client who was paying me close to 5-figure per month.
Because of this retainer, I was able to hire a few people and "outsource" some of the work I was doing myself.
Things were great!
I also invested a lot of my personal time in helping my client scale his business, which he did.
Thanks to my commitment, he grew tremendously.
When we started working together, he made 6-figure per year, but thanks to my help, a few years later, he crossed 10 million in yearly revenue.
I was excited; things were going great, but one day, he messaged me and said that he had decided to hire an in-house marketing team.
This is when I got furious.
"I spent so much effort to help this guy, and now he is leaving...?"
The first thing I decided to do was go on social media and find somebody who could help me get clients on demand.
And I got very excited because I was bombarded with the following promises.
Well, that will be easier than I thought...
It sounded like all I had to do was start working with these people, and I'd be all set.
It seemed like I didn't even have to pay any money, and all these people promised great results.
However, after doing many "strategy sessions" and "discovery calls," I discovered that in many cases, those who made the crazy promises were selling $5,000 - $12,000 online courses.
That's all right, but I didn't have time to watch another course.
I have an agency to run.
I had to pay $12,000 to watch an online course and then work crazy hard to "implement the magical results-getting system."
However, there was another big problem.
And it gets even crazier...
Many of these promises sound great, like "pay only if you get results" or "free service until you get 30 new clients in a month."
However, there was a catch: I had to pay $12,000 upfront and only if I meet all their conditions, they promised to return my money.
(They never did return my money.)
But regardless of these promises, I still find myself paying at least $5,000 initially.
They also sent me to a page full of "testimonials" and "social proof" of how their fantastic system helped a lot of people.
You know what I'm talking about, the page where you can scroll endlessly, and the videos of "satisfied" clients never end.
However, I never ended up on those pages.
After doing so many programs, I never got the results I was promised I'd get for "free."
The industry is just crazy.
I had no other option but just to figure it out on my own.
At this stage, I was a pretty experienced marketer.
That's why I decided I'd figure it out on my own.
I mean... I've managed over $10M on Facebook Ads and close to $3M on YouTube and Google ads.
I helped three companies scale beyond $10M.
I don't say I was the only driving force that brought these three companies to that level, but for sure, they wouldn't have gone that far without me.
So, my objective was clear.
Get as many appointments for my agency as possible.
For the first campaign I ran, I spent $1,023 on ads, I booked 34 appointments, and the cost per booked call was $30.10. (Screenshot below.)
Those are 34 people who actually booked a call with me on Calendly.
Were they good quality?
Out of these 34 appointments, I managed to land 3 clients. (I did the sales calls myself. I never did so many calls before. haha)
Then, again, I ran another campaign only targeting the USA for my agency some months later.
Please understand I'm a one-person show.
I don't have a big team.
I'm amazing at marketing and getting people to buy stuff, but when it comes to running a team and doing operations, I'm still learning...
Anyway, the second campaign I ran got me 25 appointments, and the cost per booked appointment was $63. (Proof below)
Life was pretty good.
I was landing clients quite easily.
And now, I'm going to show you how you can do it too!
I decided to see if my approach would work for other people.
That's why I offered my method to a new client.
He agreed to start working with me.
He runs an agency that helps e-commerce stores with email marketing.
His agency was making around $30k - $50k per month.
He said he tried cold outreach and paid three cold email agencies, but after spending a lot for retainers, he only got on 2 calls with unqualified people.

After talking to my new client, I found that he was doing something quite cool and unique, but he was too stuck running the agency to realize it.
I used this cool thing in his new funnel.
The new offer became very appealing to his market.
I built a super simple funnel for him, and within 30 days, we started running ads.
I used my secret way of targeting specific groups and pages on Facebook.
As you can see, in the first two months of working together, we booked 40 appointments, and the cost per booked call was around $75.
Were the appointments qualified?

Yes, you can offer somebody a Coca-Cola or a glass full of black liquid.
For obvious reasons, 99.99% of people will choose to get the Coca-Cola.
But most agencies keep offering just black liquid and wonder why they can't consistently get new clients.
That's why many agencies are gaining a lot of business through referrals; their clients can present their services much better, and this is a fact.
This is something that nobody teaches in those $12,000 online courses I told you about.
Which brings me to the next step...
I talk to many agency owners, and when I ask: what's your process for getting new clients, they start wondering...
If you're reading this, chances are that you also don't have a predictable way to get new clients each and every month.
You need a process that gets strangers who are interested in your services on the phone or video call.
